Return and Refund Policy
Because our print products are custom-made for each customer, all sales are final once an order is approved and sent into production. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not offer cash refunds for customized print orders.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a printing defect, production error, damage, or another issue caused by our production process, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may provide a free reprint of the affected product.
Free reprints do not cover customer-submitted errors, including typos, incorrect contact information, low-resolution artwork, design choices, color differences between screen and print, or files approved with mistakes. Please review all proofs, spelling, layout, and order details before approving your order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Reprints are shipped using our standard production and shipping method.
