Returns and Reprints:
Because our print products are custom-made, we do not offer standard returns or refunds for approved custom print orders. If an order has a printing defect, production error, or damage caused during production, we may provide a free reprint after review.
Custom Product Notice:
For custom or personalized print products, cancellation and return rights may be limited because the products are made to the customer’s specifications. EU consumer guidance lists goods made to order or clearly personalized as an exception to the standard right of withdrawal.
