What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG files. For best results, we recommend high-resolution PDF files with fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI or higher.

Do you offer design services?

Yes! We offer professional design services. You can also choose from our library of pre-made templates that you can customize with your information.

What if I don't have a design ready?

No problem! Browse our template gallery and select a design that fits your style. You can customize it with your own text, logo, and colors.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes, you'll receive a digital proof to review before we print. This ensures everything looks exactly how you want it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after production. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. Contact us for international shipping inquiries and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Order Status page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We stand behind our products! If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have already started. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
