How to Request a Reprint
If you've received an order with a printing error, follow these simple steps:

Take clear photos of the defect or error. Include close-ups and photos showing the full card.
Contact Our Support Team
Email us at support@tankprints.com with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery.
We Review & Respond
Our team will review your request within 1 business day and let you know the next steps.
Free Reprint Ships
If approved, we'll rush your replacement order into production and ship it to you at no cost.

What if I notice a mistake right after placing my order?
Contact us immediately! If your order hasn't started production yet, we can pause it and make corrections at no extra charge. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of catching it in time.
What if I made a typo on my business cards?
Unfortunately, we can't offer free reprints for errors in customer-submitted content like misspelled names or incorrect phone numbers. We print exactly what you submit, so please double-check your information before placing your order. Adding a PDF proof for $9 lets you review your card before we print.
How long do I have to report an issue?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. This gives you time to inspect your cards while the order details are still fresh in our system.
Do I need to return the defective cards?
In most cases, no. Simply send us photos documenting the issue. For certain quality investigations, we may request that you return a sample, but we'll cover the shipping cost.
How fast will my replacement order ship?
We prioritize reprint orders. Once approved, your replacement typically ships within 2-3 business days with free standard shipping.
What if the colors look different than on my screen?
Slight color variations between your monitor and the printed product are normal due to differences in how screens and printers render color. Our free reprint policy doesn't cover these variations, but if you're concerned about color accuracy, we recommend ordering a sample or adding a PDF proof.
Can I get a refund instead of a reprint?
For printing errors on our end, we prefer to make it right by reprinting your order. If you'd rather have a refund, contact our support team and we'll work with you to find a solution.
