Pick 12×18, 18×24, or 24×36. Put it where drivers and walkers actually look.
You’re ordering a yard sign and stuck on size and where it goes, not the material. The product page already covers heavy 4mm corrugated plastic and free H-stakes.
This guide helps you pick a size and a spot for events and roadside visibility, then order on the yard signs page.
Quick size pick
| If you… | Start with |
|---|---|
| Close-up foot traffic (booth table edge, porch, short walk-up) | 12×18 |
| Typical yard, driveway, or event lane visibility | 18×24 |
| Longer roadside read or a bigger lot frontage | 24×36 |
Same product either way. Size is about how far away people read it, not a different kind of sign.
Single-sided faces one direction. Double-sided works when traffic comes both ways, like a driveway or a two-way walk path. Pick sides on the order page.
Placement that actually gets seen
Events: Put the sign at eye level on the path people use to reach you: the booth approach, the queue line, the aisle entrance. Don’t hide it behind another booth where nobody looks.
Example: At a Saturday market, stake the board where shoppers turn into your row, not behind your table facing the back wall.
Roadside / lot: Face the traffic you care about. Keep tall grass, shrubs, and parked cars from blocking the board. Free H-stakes go in soil or turf for a quick setup.
Example: For a driveway end facing the street, aim the readable side at oncoming cars and leave enough setback so a parked truck doesn’t hide it.
Check local rules before you stake near a curb or right-of-way. Some cities and HOAs limit where signs can sit. That’s a quick local check, not legal advice.
Realtors: the sign sits in the yard for drive-by traffic. Keep a business card in hand for walk-ups at the open house.
