How Many Business Cards to Order
100 if you’re testing. 250 if you hand them out every week. 1000 if you don’t want to reorder soon.

Why 250 is the usual step-up from 100
100 goes fast if you leave two with a quote and one after every job.
250 covers a couple of months of normal handing-out without a full box sitting in the truck forever.
Example: You quoted three jobs this week and left two cards each time. That’s six cards before the week is half over. At that pace, 100 won’t last.
If 100 already felt short, skip another 100 and go to 250.
When 1000 makes sense
- You’re not changing the design soon (same name, phone, URL).
- Several people on the team need the same card.
- You already know you’ll use them — this is not a first test print.
Example: Three people on the crew all hand out the same card on jobs. 250 gets shared thin. 1000 keeps everyone stocked without a mid-year reorder.
