Refund/Return Policy:

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast.

If you need to make a correction, you do have a 1-hour time frame from placing the order before it gets printed. If you need a correction, please contact us directly so we can make the necessary changes.

If you have provided us with incorrect information for your business cards but did not contact us within the 1-hour time frame for corrections, Tank Prints is not at fault for the misprint. The customer will be responsible for any reprinting costs of the business cards, including all shipping costs.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective will qualify for reprint. Please be ready to provide us with pictures of the damaged business cards before we reprint your order. You will receive your new cards within the next 5 business days after we receive the photos.
